After completing the google form, you will receive confirmation of enrollment. Before school starts in September, you will also need to submit the following in
person, mail or email (must be scanned, no photos):
A.Copy of Birth Certificate
B. Va School Entrance Health Form with shot records (no exemptions)
This form is available on the Tuition/Forms tab at the top of this page and most doctor offices also provide them.

The Director's office, Room 213, is located upstairs. The director is available for appointments between 9:00am and 1:00pm during regular school days. During summer (May-August), the office
