VA School Health Entrance Form
Students are required to submit a School Entrance Health Form as indicated by our Religiously Exempt Licensing Code. This form includes three components: health history, physicians physical exam & current immunization record.

Financial Aid
In an effort to meet the needs of the community, limited fincancial aid is available. Please ask the Director for a Confidential Financial Aid Application. Decisions about aid will be made by the Director and the Preschool Board Chair.
